We participated in the successful integration of the energy services division of Orange Polska into the Fortum Marketing and Sales Polska S.A. environment.
As part of the project, we delivered the migration of data from the legacy system, implemented the necessary modifications and solution customizations, and supported the seamless transition of more than 130,000 metering points. Thanks to a carefully designed migration strategy, the transition was completed with virtually no impact on service delivery or end customers.
The successful delivery of the project approximately doubled the scale of the solution operated for Fortum in Poland and demonstrated USYS’s ability to effectively support customer growth while successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects in the energy sector.
