A workshop for water utility companies will take place in Slovakia on October 21, 2026.

On September 24, 2026, we are hosting a partner webinar where we will introduce our new services, our future development direction, and our vision for cooperation in 2027.

We participated in the successful integration of the energy services division of Orange Polska into the Fortum Marketing and Sales Polska S.A. environment.

As part of the project, we delivered the migration of data from the legacy system, implemented the necessary modifications and solution customizations, and supported the seamless transition of more than 130,000 metering points. Thanks to a carefully designed migration strategy, the transition was completed with virtually no impact on service delivery or end customers.

The successful delivery of the project approximately doubled the scale of the solution operated for Fortum in Poland and demonstrated USYS’s ability to effectively support customer growth while successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects in the energy sector.

In the first half of 2026, we successfully implemented and stabilized the integration with the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). For corporate customers, invoices are now submitted through the central government platform, which is accessible to both business partners and the tax authorities. The project ensured compliance with the new legislative requirements and prepared our solution for further expansion in the Polish market.

Our company continues to strengthen its capabilities. During the first quarter, we welcomed six new colleagues to our team, bringing valuable experience and fresh ideas to support the company’s further development.

In recent days, our company met with representatives of the public benefit organization EDA cz, z. ú., which has long supported families of children with disabilities through early care services. At the same time, we supported the organization with a financial amount that will help ensure the continuation of their important work.

We plan to expand our teams with new colleagues this year. Expanding our capacities is part of our strategic growth and long-term development of the company.

We have successfully completed the implementation of our system for the major Czech company ARMEX ENERGY a.s.

This year, our company decided to support the public-benefit organization EDA cz, z. ú., which provides professional early-care services to families with children who have visual or combined disabilities. We are glad that we can contribute to their important work and help families who need support.

As part of the autumn workshops, we had very pleasant meetings with our customers both in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia.

We cordially invite our customers to attend our water industry workshops. They will take place on October 22 in Banská Bystrica and on November 5 in Prague. We have prepared a range of new developments for you. We look forward to your participation.

During the summer, a generational change took place. After extensive preparations, we launched a pilot operation of the ZIS web client with our first customer.

At ARMEX ENERGY we have successfully completed a test data migration
from FLEXI to our system.

We have acquired another important customer: ARMEX ENERGY a.s.
We are currently preparing the data migration from FLEXI to our system.

At EP ENERGY TRADING, a.s. we have completed the migration of Slovak and wholesale customers, thus definitively replacing SAP ISU with our system.

New TV License Fee? Done!

As of May, the TV license fee is changing – a major reform, little time, and lots of work. But we made it! Together with Czech Television, we fine-tuned the system and process changes, launched a new version of the web application (tens of thousands of visits every day!), and everything is running smoothly. Thanks to everyone who contributed – both on our side and at the television! Although the changes were similar to those made for radio, we approached them as two separate projects with their own specifics. What they had in common was the launch date: May 1st, 2025, just after midnight – it worked, and everything went off without a hitch.

New Radio License Fee? Ready!

As of May, new rules are in place – minimal time, maximum effort. Together with Czech Radio, we adjusted the system, processes, and the web application, which now handles tens of thousands of visits daily. Everything is working as it should – thanks to everyone on the team! Although the changes were similar to those for television, we approached them as two separate projects with their own specifics. The only thing they had in common was the launch date: May 1st, 2025, just after midnight – it worked, and we’re live!

After signing the contracts, we begin the implementation of our system at SUAS Commodities s.r.o.

Together with a partner, we launched Autopay – online payments for the Polish market.

In cooperation with Solution and Services, we separated the waterworks data of the city of Příbram from the data of 1.SčV into a separate instance.

Together with EP ENERGY TRADING, we have started the second phase of data migration from SAP to our system. This time it concerns large-scale consumers.

We have successfully completed the implementation of our system for Respect Energy S.A., a major Polish company engaged in the purchase and sale of energy.

After a year, we met again with our customers from the water industry at the DIXON Resort in Banská Bystrica. This time on the occasion of USYS Slovakia’s 15th anniversary on the market.

The main topics of the seminar included tools for archiving and automatic data processing, mobile applications using artificial intelligence and other innovative solutions for water companies.

After data migration from SAP to our system, together with EP ENERGY TRADING, a.s., we have already completed the first months of successful routine operation.

We have successfully completed data migration for a major energy client into our system, replacing their SAP system.

We are preparing the implementation of signing contracts using Bank iD for the Veolia group.

We are preparing the implementation of a web customer portal for another important customer in the energy sector.

We are preparing to sign contracts with the Swiss company MET Group.

We were approached by another Polish company dealing with the purchase and sale of energy. A binding offer for the implementation of our system has been sent.

On Wednesday, March 20, 2024, a waterworks workshop took place in Prague at the City conference center, with more than 50 participants from several dozen waterworks and representatives of waterworks groups.

During a pleasantly spent afternoon, we presented and subsequently discussed together a number of CIS innovations and development plans for 2024 and 2025. We also devoted a substantial part of the workshop to the system’s functionalities, which are most frequently requested by waterworks. Whether from the area of smart metering, customer portals, mobile applications, or the area for notification of outages, improvement of mass (especially electronic) correspondence, automation in the area of communication with customers or entering and signing contracts or entering meter readings.

During January, we evaluated a very successful year 2023 for our company. One number for all – last year we implemented 973 development requests for our new and existing customers.

UTILITIES SYSTEMS has been certified for the implementation and maintenance of an information security management system that meets the requirements of ČSN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2014.

A replacement for the SEVOD application was launched at SmVaK.

We have completed the redesign of the customer portal at Liptovská vodárenská spoločnosť, a.s.

We prepare an offer for HEKLA ENERGY SP. Z O.O. (Poland).

For a major water utility customer, we launched signing contracts using Bank iD.

We started working on trading features. At the same time, the implementation of ZIS is-USYS.net was started in BIDLI energy, a.s.

In an extremely short period of four months, we prepared the implementation and started production in one of the largest water companies in the Czech Republic, Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s. on January 2nd, 2023. We successfully migrated data from several operational IS for the customer and integrated ZIS is-USYS.net with other applications used in the company.

A new implementation of ZIS is-USYS.net has gone live in the company LEHOTSKY CAPITAL s.r.o., which operates LDS electricity.

We completed a migration of customer data from VaK Zápy, sro. to the already functioning ZIS is-USYS.net at VaK Beroun as a part of a fusion of VaK Zápy, s.r.o. and Vodovody a kanalizace Beroun, a.s.

In June, a meeting with our customers took place at a conference in Štiřín, near Prague. A lot of interesting topics and news were presented. You can watch a short trailer in the video.

The data of Dobrá energie customers were moved in the new implementation of is-USYS, which is operated by EP Energy Trading a.s. from the Energy and Industrial Holding (EPH). The implementation of the new web application was completed at the same time.

The web application for Ostravské vodárny a kanalizace a.s. has been updated into new responsive design.

The implementation of the new web portal for fee administration in Česká televize has been finished. The new application has modern design, simplified processes, new payment method for direct debit payment. It also contains much more improvements and simplifications for television fee payers. Simultaneously the whole processes and activities were optimalized for better user experience.

For our customers we newly operate ZIS back-office process outsourcing. The service is about system, price list and product administration. We are preparing takeover of invoicing and balance process.

In is-USYS there was implemented Smart Metering extension in Water joint-stock company (division Brno-venkov, Boskovice, Jihlava, Třebíč, Znojmo and Žďár nad Sázavou). Also the web application has been edited into the new, more responsive design.
